No something special that I want to share

KLA used to be a company that valued its employees, but in recent years, things have taken a turn for the worse. Instead of being transparent, leadership has resorted to sketchy tactics to force people out. They claim jobs are “relocating” to Michigan, but in reality, it’s just a way to avoid calling it what it really is—layoffs. Employees are told they can move, but then find out they have to apply like everyone else, meaning there’s no real guarantee of keeping their jobs. It’s clear that leadership is prioritizing cost-cutting over employee well-being, and morale has taken a serious hit. Communication is vague, and decisions are made behind closed doors without consideration for the people who helped build this company.
