      Pros

      Great benefit stock purchase, 401k matching up to three thousand per year.. Good pay compare to similar job at different companies. A lot of OT if you don't mind spending all your time at work

      Cons

      Difficult balancing time between family and work due to tight schedule and work load. OT is voluntary bases but you better know better than to say no.

      Pros

      Lots of travel. Relatively high responsibility if you're established in the company. Work-life balance to some degree. Interaction with all major semiconductor manufacturers.

      Cons

      See Pros. Sink or swim. Skills not being used effectively. Network of veterans makes it difficult for non-veterans to advance.
