      Pros

      Seems attractive NCG program, good for college graduates if you cannot find job elsewhere. Base salary seems okay if you are new graduates.

      Cons

      People seem overloaded and not happy. Need more activities make it employees enjoy working at KT. My personal opinion, will add more later.

      Pros

      Very keen on talent development, good training / learning opportunties. Good community atmosphere, easy to collaborate with cross functional group. Agile company, quick to adapt to changes.

      Cons

      Very dynamic and frequent management change open opportunity but also reduce stability and security. Work can be very demanding and difficult to strike balance.

      Improper induction and exploitation of freshers

      Good in domain and market leadership Good in employee growth If you have talent you have a great way ahead. Foreign travel is good.

      Cons

      Management tries to exploit freshers because of its inefficient management. Package is less compared to markets and profit sharing is not coming down to lowest contributors .
