Good Medical Benefits.. Small Bonus every October.. Several times a year the have employee lunches.. Great Christmas Party and Regional Sales meetings..

Cons

Pay is below standard for the amount of multitasking and decisions you must make. After yearly review.. WITH GOOD RATING REVIEW TEN CENTS INCREASE PER HOUR.. Not percent CENTS!! The company is way to micromanaged. Three Female Directors run the operations here. If you do something they hear(even if its just a rumor) about or they don't like you forget. Your in the outside group. They will find ways to make your life hell. They pretend to the three owners that they are doing a great job. So many good hard working people have left here.. When I was there they went through 3 HR Directors. They have two Employment agencies on Speed dial. Every month they need to hire new people in the warehouse, floor for shipping, production, and the three customer service departments they have. I good red flag is that if you are the senior customer service person there for 2 years and you are now training new CSR every 6 weeks.. Say NO... Not worth the aggravation..

The company has an amazing vision and they do good for those they help.

Cons

As for the work environment, less than desirable place to work. No cubes, no walls, just desks like you would buy for a dorm room. No degreed management, if you are liked you move up regardless of your skill set. If you are not liked, your movement is dormant or you get fired. Just a round about uncomfortable place to work. Very unwelcoming team, all on power trips. Pay is not comparable to other companies, much lower.

Nothing good to say. Bait and Switch to hire people. You could make more money bar tending. Do not get tricked into taking this position like I did.

Cons

LI rep is a total LOSER. Do not get tricked like I did. The position has an extremely high turnover rate. They promise you things before you get hired then treat you like a slave. You are on call 24/7 and that is not an exaggeration. They pay you $55K a year and expect you to do a job like you are being paid $150K. You will be at the mercy of a tall, bald insecure moron. I quit after a month. Work for a legitimate company like Stryker instead.
