      Pros

      Company in North America is focused on growth while not losing focus on how they got there. Relationship sales company at its finest. Lots of investment in structure of the company are being made - a good sign of things to come. Highly skilled and veteran sales team and Sales Management in North America. Lots of new hires in Jacksonville office are bringing good outside experience and needed skills for a largely internally promoted management team. Addition of manufacturing in North America will increase growth in the coming years. New sales strategy and investment in more sales positions is allowing for promotions and stronger customer focus.

      Cons

      Employees must be able to handle a high volume and fast paced and somewhat chaotic workload. Fast growth is a challenge to handle in terms of existing people and processes.

      This company stands by their word. True definition of integrity and character. Everyone works very well with each other and supports one another through each step of the way.

      Cons

      Very hard to find any cons. Solid organization. They have a strong commitment towards excellence. Long tradition of winning and never settling.

      Pros

      It’s like a high school., it’s small and people talk behind your back. When the head of HR is also involved in the toxic culture and airing out peoples dirty laundry, what does that say about the company? If you can survive here, you will do amazing anywhere else.

      Cons

      Literally everything. Other than the fact that you’ll get a lot of experience really quick, as expected when you’re working 80 hours a week. HR needs to be cleaned out and investigated. Tbh the entire company needs to be invested. I’ve heard rumors that KLS pays their surgeons, sometimes under the table, as well as their “grants” for their teaching programs- just what I heard.
