Pros

Good vacation pay, 16 days a year to start. I was working remotely.

Cons

The second I needed to move they no longer wanted my position to be remote. They told me during hiring it was a completely remote position and that I could work from anywhere. No raise structure and they like to "just add more responsibilities on people" translation: more responsibilities and work with no extra money.
