This is a privately held German company with leadership in the US that has a wealth of experience. They treat each person with respect and as a result, most have been at the company for years and have seen it grow. Wonderful people. Wonderful environment

Cons

Not really a negative to provide. Pay is a little less than average on the whole but the benefits are well above average and people are accessible.
