You learn a lot in this position, and the adrenaline when visiting the OR is fun.

Cons

The Sales Representatives and the District Managers ask you to be available 24/7 and to be willing to do absolutely anything. You are treated as if you are dispensable at any moment.

KLS technologies helps save lives.

Cons

Low pay for what's expected. Micromanaged culture. Back to back meetings to discuss meetings which is extremely counterproductive to an Agile environment. Management is not open to ideas from teammates.

Smooth interview experience and friendly onboarding personnel.

Cons

Very strict and inflexible culture. Cameras on for all meetings no exceptions. The company claims to be agile but it’s really waterfall with a bunch of meetings. All meetings go over the time limit with zero respect for your schedule. Leaders talk AT you, making your thoughts and experience irrelevant.
