Great people. lots of opportunities to grow. They have all the tools that help you do your job.

Cons

need faster feedback from clients. Out of Kodiak's control but you lose a lot of candidates and getting people out to work. Co-ops need to see the value is what Kodiak has to offer

A few reasons I like working for Kodiak are the steady work flow keeps you busy and motivated, the potential eligibility for working from home, the work life balance, and lastly the progression you see within your self to be able to grow and move up with the company.

Cons

Almost being here a year, I have not come across any cons.
