      Great Team and Mobile Weld Test Lab

      Pros

      Kodiak provides onsite weld testing in a top of line custom built mobile lab. You get your test results before the end of the test day. All new equipment and nicer than most brick and mortar testing labs Ive been to.

      The test descriptions are not always correct.

      Pros

      My recruiter got to know me well. They set up two interviews with leading MEP Contractors who align with the income package and work-life balance I need to take care of my kids. They came through for me at a time when I really needed help.

      Cons

      They asked questions that really forced me to look at myself. While a challenge at the time, that effort paid great dividends in the end.
