      I don't feel like an island!

      Pros

      While I'm on the road at client sites most of the time, I still feel connected with my colleagues at the corporate office... the mainland! It's a supportive environment where you feel like your voice is heard and team members always make themselves available to offer direction, advice, even personalized support. I like it here! And, I like my clients.

      Cons

      Reviews aren't pre-scheduled in a regular cadence. But, in saying so, as soon as I mentioned my anniversary date, I was given what I'd call a very thorough performance overview that pointed out the good and gave me clear direction on areas I could improve.

      We now live in a Hybrid/Remote work world. And whether you're an electrician in the field or a recruiter in the office, we unfortunately do not have the face-to-face interaction with you in the office. In saying so, KODIAK managers are required to have regular 1-on-1 interaction with their employees... and, most important, to have team meetings where everyone can share a laugh, best practice and feel a big part of the team. Of Kodiak's tremendous success.

      Great people. lots of opportunities to grow. They have all the tools that help you do your job.

      Cons

      need faster feedback from clients. Out of Kodiak's control but you lose a lot of candidates and getting people out to work. Co-ops need to see the value is what Kodiak has to offer
