Cons

- The basic organizational silos of the company do not work well together. - Inefficiencies abound throughout the company. - Management does not adequately consider the realities of the field side of the company when looking for cost savings and often implements restrictive centralized processes that limit flexibility and lead to sub-optimal results.

Poisonous District and Regional Management. Branch has gone down hill over last 15 months. All the good people leaving or have left. They will entice you with good money and then sabotage you.
