Cons

If you want to go up the career ladder in this company, then you really need to network and promote yourself actively, because the company HR doesn't offer so much job rotation opportunities unless you get super active.

-Flexibility of working from home which many companies are cutting down on now -Friendly culture - Most of the management team seem approachable and hands on

Cons

- lack of proper controls in many areas - too many things outsourced to vendor / shared service team, to the extent that some staff do not know the things that they should know and responsibility gets pushed on to vendor / shared service team. Staff in the end just acts like a middle man. - due to the friendly culture, many get away with doing the bare minimal/mistakes and those who are capable have to take on more in the end

Poor leadership at all levels. Poor communication. Low pay. High turnover. Worst HR team, they lie and don’t care for employees. HR creates the poor leadership.
