Innovative company with great products but poor business plan.

Great pay, benefits and lots of work if you happen to be one of the few people left of their vanishing work force.

Cons

Kone has many great products but rather than dominate an area they choose to pick up the crumbs left over from the other large elevator companies. Kone management is more interested in the process of managing elevator construction, maintenance and repair than actually getting the work done.
