Pros

Competant local management. Very good about letting you have time off if needed. Real ability to make 6 figure income.

Cons

Company has forgotten that it is in the service industry. Company is run by lawyers, which means that the company is more concerned about processes than they are about customer service or even profitability. Never mind if there is a better, safer, more efficient way to do something. Highly centralized management structure is out of touch to local needs and realities.

For a freshman who just graduated from school and walk into the world, KONE is a good place to practice your living abilities.

Cons

I don't think there has any downsides of working at KONE Elevator, China PR. I am very satisfied for everything.
