      Pros

      Can't think of any, probably money (it's low but it's something)

      Cons

      1) Very disorganized 2) Very poor communication skills. People can't even write proper emails. 3) Freshers are treated really badly 4) Offer letter may have invalid data! (I was getting paid for 1 month of internship and they expected me to continue it for 3 months without pay!) 5) Obsolete company rules

      Pros

      The pay is competitive if you're hired full-time, but not if you're hired hourly. They're willing to sponsor employment visas.

      Cons

      Most of the time, you're just there to fill a seat, because the client is being billed by the hour. This means you'll have to spend long hours pretending to be busy, only to go into overdrive when management dumps an unreasonable deadline on you. This was my first job out of university, and I thought it would be a good place to start my career. I was going to be stuck in an entry-level job as long as I worked there, and having this experience on my resume did not help me get a job. Being trapped in a dead-end job with nothing productive to work on was very taxing on my mental health.
