Pros
If located out of state, you have the option of moving to Raleigh or working from a home office.
Cons
Inexperienced employees conducting interviews with Senior level candidates. Management doesn't give the impression of caring about the employees. Disorganized, employees hired for one position and then placed into other positions as experts with no experience or guidance. SOWs are vague and delivery doesn’t have any idea what has been sold. Customers are told there is collateral for projects that don’t exist. Generally speaking one of the worst places I’ve worked.
