      a medium sized company Good Employee portal

      Cons

      bad management and project leads throughout the company just another IT services company which underpays the Employees it brings from offshore Their strategy is pretty simple; underbid projects and make their Employees burn; They might offer you a big raise but trust me its not worth it they have a bunch of stupid managerial guys sitting who do nothing but overexert their technical guys.. you have been warned

      Minimal supervision (i.e. given a "long-leash"), competitive salary, decent benefits in US, good work-life balance

      Cons

      Convoluted internal processes, layers of offshore bureaucracy, no clear org chart, lack of ownership/accountability in support organizations, inability to secure key H1B resources and SMEs (as they often don't exist), onshore support often left to "swing in the wind" with an upset customer due to these reasons
