      Pros

      This is my 4th employer and I am working here since 6 years and never thought about leave this company for the below reason. Flexible timings, Good increments, Good learning opportunities, Lots of USA, UK opportunities, Very good training provided, Other than work employees can enjoy Indoor and outdoor games here. KPIT provides very good benefits like mediclaims, onsite hotels, car rent for 15 days and sometimes for 3 months etc for the employees . Overall I want to add such a nice management team we have.

      Cons

      Maximum SAP projects are short term. Onsite assignments are also for very short period project so we have to change the location very frequently. This affects family and social life.

      Pros

      They have a lot of positions in Detroit. This is the only Pro.

      Cons

      Training opportunities are inadequate. The customer is paying for most of the training I need, which is very unusual. Not enough time off for senior employees. It's almost impossible for me to interact with the company doing things such as expense reporting or even reading my promotion letter. I have to read my company email on my phone. HR is still horrible.

      Pros

      Well compensated base salary, but they've changed compensation to prevent raises. Only offer performance base bonus, which is done by a manager with little to no knowledge of your actual quarterly work. Bonus is arbitrary and lacking.

      Cons

      No training opportunities. No career advancement unless Indian. Nepotism. No severance package when laid off. Baseless performance reviews.
