      Pros

      If, you don't know Marathi language, learn that through environment and forget your all skills . - If, you want to do work, learn and grow, sit on bench, enjoy frustration growth. -Good infrastructure is hiding the real face. ( I have nothing to say good about KPIT)

      Cons

      -Don't like professional behaviour, no sense about workplace attires. -Recruit you and put on bench, without specified time limit. - Don't have global sence..Me Marathi Aahe, but you are not.. kind of culture. -Push you to learn and speak marathi, even in meetings. -Whatapp and facebook enabled employee requires, as to connect through that, is a part of team building. ( in case you don't have, will point out you and treat you badly- no financial conditions matters for those) -
