      No PROS in KPIT Technologies

      Cons

      False promise of salary Company takes 2 years bond which is illegal in India. Does not give joining date. Poor working conditions. No relations of qualification and work profile. HR department is the worst. Lot of hidden costs are deducted from salary. Company indulges in casteism and racism. DON'T WORK HERE!!!

      Good Management, work environment is better, seniors are great and are of helping nature i was posted at pune location ,dont know about other locations

      Cons

      i think they need better employees who dont run away after experiences. they keep joining date very long. it feels frustrating . i got joining date after two months
