      1. Chances of getting some good projects to work on (provide you are with the right team and manager) 2. Relatively relaxed environment

      1. Limited opportunities 2. No meritocracy, you have to be in good books of your line manager 3. Low compensation/benefits - unless you negotiate well 4. Middle management lacks direction and vision

      Great colleagues, good infrastructure, supportive management - at least the ones I have worked with. KPIT is a growing company in the niche area of Automotive Hi-Tech area - thus is a good place to work for people in these skills
