Pros
The mission and goals meet a social need I have. I like the concept of electronic medical records and beleive affordable healthcare is necessary for our country.
Cons
Long Hours and a very workload coupled with no apparent plan to remediate either situation. They are trying to move an organization forward for much needed progress but they do not have the skilled resources or talent to to do so.
