      Learning experience under pressure was really good at KPIT.

      > Workload is too much > For everything they have a metrics which u would not be able to understand > Everything thing they do is to cut cost. > Slow promotion process. > No growth beyond certain limit. > Top management decision are not communicated in a timely manner.

      It is good start for freshers. good work life balanace. Canteen and gym facilities are good Senior management is good

      employee career growth is limited. No profession culture in the organisaiton. HR is pathetic need to look into middle management as they are taking the decision own decision which is keeping the company at risk
