      Has all policies which will allow them to pay less to the employee.

      Pros

      Good learning experience. If the person gets selected for management role all he/she needs to know is excel sheet.

      Cons

      The have all the policies like KRA (Key result area) and KBA (Key behavior area) which will help them screw the employee. The pay rise is nominal. Work load is more. Very poor work-life balance.

      Those who are eager to learn for them KPIT Cummins is a good place to work if they get placed in the right areas. The company is good for people interested in Automotive applications.

      Cons

      The salaries are pathetic and management is forever restructuring, hence no clear vision for groups other than Automotive. Too much focus on Automotive and cost cutting. The enabling environment is a horrifying nightmare.
