      cant think of much, maybe opportunity to work on large scale projects, company was doing well at the time i worked there.

      Cons

      pathetic work culture of a typical it outsourced company in india, promote butt licking culture, people frustrated with work and salary.

      some domains might be doing good, OK technical work, but overall i don't see any great reason to convince anyone to work here.

      Cons

      projects with frustrated people, remaining motivated difficult as people keep cribbing about salary, management makes grand promises and never fulfills them.
