Pros
The management is very experienced and guides one in tough situations. Management interacts a lot with the development team members to see if everything is going okay.
Cons
Salaries are very poor, they pay at least 50% less than another company in the same field. There is no system for bonus and no other benefits except for normal insurance. Computers provided were out dated at least 4 years ago. The employees are not hardworking at all and most of the times getting the smallest things done takes an unbelievable amount of argument and efforts to accomplish.
