Flexible WFO policy. Company still has good talent.

Cons

Company gave record dividends to shareholders but no hike to employees. Work life balance is absent. Ridiculous demands from management. Company share prices are not growing a the same absurd rate as before, therefore higher management folks have lost their minds.

- Very good premises and ambiance - Very good fellow colleagues - Good project - Good health insurance policy

Cons

- Management people of the project were not much supportive - Management personnels were much work centric and expecting un-realistic work outcomes - Late login or early exits from the office were monitored and pointed out frequently. - Too much feedback than the appreciations. - Senior members words with no ground level working were considered a lot more than the junior engineers who actually works on ground.
