Unprofessional Management and Severe Role Misalignment
Pros
Pros • Fixed Salary Structure: For employees up to D-grade, there is no variable pay component, providing some level of monthly salary predictability.
Cons
Role Misalignment: I was hired as an Android Developer but was assigned to a Defect Management role. My requests for a role change were dismissed with unprofessional remarks, leading to a year of lost technical growth. • Toxic Management Culture: The leadership style in the Defect Management team is highly unprofessional. Management relies on blaming and public intimidation rather than support. I experienced meetings designed to put me on the spot rather than provide necessary Knowledge Transfer (KT). • High Pressure & Poor Work-Life Balance: There is a constant fear regarding job security and a total lack of concern for employee mental or physical health. The environment is one of high tension with no support system. • Inadequate Training: No proper KT sessions were provided. When I struggled due to lack of training, the response was further pressure rather than guidance. • Technical & Infrastructure Hurdles: The process for getting technical support or necessary asset configurations from the IT team is tedious and inefficient.
