Really smart people work here. The business is family run and they are generally decent people.

Cons

The president tends to run the business by rules he refuses to follow. Very little proper leadership has caused good people to leave. Inconsistent application of rules and definitely favoritism occurs.

I am unsure who this person is. We operate on the premise that everyone is adults and professionals and don't need to be micro managed. We have specific processes for our projects and operations. They aren't overwhelming by any means and are hard not to follow. I would hardly classify myself as a dictator but maybe this person had to be motivated each day.
