4yThank you for calling out the pros of working at KVC, but we are disappointed to hear we missed the mark in the other areas you listed. We have been working on supporting employees and creating a great place to work. We have reduced to our turnover to less than 27% which is excellent within child welfare. If you are looking for a new position in the future, please keep KVC in mind. You may find that there are even more pros now.

4yThank you for highlighting some of the positives of working at KVC. However it is not acceptable to us that leadership makes decisions without employee input or that there could even be a perception of this. Our team members' opinions matter. This is a key metric on our Q12 employee survey which we conduct every 6 months. Please bring this up in your next State of the Team action planning meeting as we need your perspective and ideas to get better in this area. Thank you for your work as a pediatric nurse!
