Pros

I have been working at KVC for 12 years and not only to I enjoy my job, I also love the people I work with. The staff and leadership team are great to work for, and they really do care about hearing any concerns, ideas or opinions you might have. One of the great things about KVC is the flexibility, it really helps when you have an appointment you have to go to or if you have a sick child. I couldn't imagine working anywhere else.

Cons

This is not unexpected but because KVC is a non- profit agency the salary is less then it would be if you worked for a large for-profit corporation.

Pros

My co-workers are awesome and supportive. Good people to vent to when needed and to bring a smile to your face on the hardest days. Upper management actually listens to recommendations by staff.

Cons

Pay is always a con in this field.
