      great mission and goals, working with kids, friendly coworkers good orientation system always changing for the benefit of children's needs opportunities for promotion within or title changes qualifies for loan forgiveness

      some lack of communication between sections of KVC some inconsistency between managers confusion on who to direct my questions to

We're sorry to hear that you have rated KVC fairly low on the star rating and that you do not feel the compensation matches the amount of work that you do. We have taken many steps in 2016-17 to increase compensation for our staff and make KVC a great place to work. There are also many opportunities for internal advancement. Of our top four leaders, three of them began in direct care roles with KVC about 20 years ago. We believe in promoting from within and hope you will find satisfaction and appreciation in your role here. If not, please speak with your supervisor! He/she is there to help you succeed.
