Nice co-workers, decent commute, good food choices in the area.

Cons

Please note that HR is asking employees to leave good reviews. Just one of the signs of how shady this company is. The work environment is very toxic, upper management strategically plot on employees. Everyone’s holding on to their seats for dear life, it becomes uncomfortable when you see your coworkers fired and being replaced by someone new the same day. Technology is outdated and riddled with bugs. Training in this place is a joke. Clients are constantly lied to, I honestly feel bad for all of the companies that waste their money on the product and services.

The social outings are fun. Free lunch. Nice looking office.

Cons

Unfortantely everything that is said on this site is true. Management will make you think its disgruntled workers writing on Glassdoor, but what they say is true about the company.

KWI provides free lunch, Medical Ins, Supplemental Ins, Dental Plan, 401k, Life insurance. Many nice people to work with. Feels like family

Cons

Management rules with an iron fist. CEO has surrounded himself with "Yes" Men who will not challenge his decisions or suggest a correct course of action in fear of losing their jobs. Company is afraid to spend money to upgrade the support and infrastructure to current standards yet pitching to clients the top notch service. Employees are stressed out due to improper guidance and leadership. Company has lost many resourceful people in the last 6 years due to poor management and decision making
