      Middle management lacks needed leadership skills, higher levels fail to motivate. Benefits aren’t that great. Not enough appreciation for hard work.

      They celebrate birthdays OFTEN, which means snacks

      Cons

      Insurance options are not great. Management bullies their employees, coworkers cause issues, there is no growth. If you have kids or ANY emergency, they will question you why your partner can't take over. Many employees have had this issue.
