      Everything was wrong with this company. I would not even refer my worst enemy. Very racially divided, and the management makes you feel every bit of that division.

      Coworkers, lunches occasionally, on site IT.

      Cons

      No company culture, no remote work offered, strict dress policy to work in a call center environment, turnover is extremely high, pay is lower than national average.

      Pros

      This is an exceptional company! I do not say this lightly, they truly believe in career growth for their employees. Everyone is given the tools they need and support is given at all levels of management. I’ve had the opportunity to reach out to various locations and departments at the HQ and everyone is so friendly and helpful. The local office is wonderful—-management offers an easy going, fair, flexible, balanced and friendly work environment. The local manager provides opportunities for growth but is very supportive if guidance is needed. Truly the perfect balance in management style.
