Technology is cutting edge and people are nice for the most part

Lots of nepotism, very high turnover (they come in just as fast as they go out), and forget about those that actually put in the work.

Pay was ok. Didn't work weekends.

Cons

Expect to come in early and leave late. Management does not help run the clean room. Position has high turnover due to burnout. Management listens to concerns but does not act on them.
