PTO is accrued at 3.5 hrs Every 2 weeks so you will never have enough time accrued for vacation. Sales reps have more say over the Licensed Clinical staff. Management does not support or properly train their staff. HR is a joke and they do not document nor look into any complaints since they all worked together in different departments. The ties run deep here meaning everyone who is of Arab decent is related in some way and everyone in the California office that has a title has been there since this company was called Crescent in the 90’s. Don’t waste your time complaining or looking for equality here. Just go elsewhere

Short breaks , management is very horrible , co workers are lazy overall company is racist to me
