      Pros

      Some of the best people in the industry. You feel like you are part of one big family. A lot of mentoring and everyone is always willing to help. Hard work does not go unnoticed and upper management and CEO are very supportive.

      Pros

      There are some great people that work here, this keeps you coming to work. Good place to get your foot in the door and take what you need.

      Cons

      They pray on novice eager individuals promising the world and never delivering. There is no training, the compinsation is not even close to compititors. Sales Goals are unattainable an unreasonable. If you are not one of there people you will go nowhere in this company. Terrible Management with no understanding of the business. High turn around, crazy monitoring systems, high stress and low pay.
