      Job was not difficult. At the time, top management was lacking. The people were very nice.

      Small staff meant personalities could conflict. Many jobs had to crosstrain to do others work.

      An amazing company filled with the most amazing and gifted individuals. Management genuinely cares for their employees. They recognize and value hard work. If you are determined to put in the effort, the rewards will follow. Never before have I worked for a company, where the owners treat and support their staff like family. Where else can you simply pick up the phone and call the CEO directly? KabaFusion is run by some of the most experienced and knowledgeable professionals, who are always available as mentors as well. Joining the KabaFusion team has been the best decision that I have made in my career.

      In the most unbiased and impartial way, I really cannot thing of any negatives.
