Pros

Everyone tries hard to work together to continue to improve their processes and the quality of what they deliver. They have fun company activities. They do great work for their clients. If you work over-time, you get paid for it.

Cons

With the ebbs and flow of the market for consultants, too long of down-times can cause them to need to let people go. Health insurance is mediocre. Small and infrequent raises.
