Pros

I work with other top notch developers. It is great to work where you are appreciated and associate with other experts in their fields. Management treats everyone as professionals.

Cons

Not the best place to work if you don't want to always be learning and improving.

Pros

Leadership team is supportive, kind, and genuine. Being surrounded by intelligent people who want to see you succeed is an amazing thing. Employees come first at SolutionStream. I mentioned that I needed an additional technology tool to help me perform better and SolutionStream went and bought it for me. Also, there is tons of employee recognition and gatherings to show that SolutionStream cares about your hard work.

Cons

Sometimes is feels harder than it should to get a project up and running.
