SolutionStream is a company where it is easy to feel appreciated and valued. The company provides many fun activities and opportunities to get to know the team and management. The partners are generous, genuine, optimistic, focused individuals with a strong vision. I am constantly amazed at the level of strong communication between all practices and pieces of the company. Whenever I get criticism or feedback I appreciate it because it is constructive and always intended to help me improve and reach my potential.
Cons
No company is perfect but there is not much of a downside at Solutionstream. The few difficulties that do occur are usually due to individuals not preferring this kind of business. It is a consulting business which may not fit everybody's expectations or style of work but for many others this company is a perfect fit.
