SolutionStream has some of the best and brightest developers in the industry. They are friendly and incredibly competent. They don't have an incredibly rigid culture, but the owners go out of their way to provide events and opportunities for their employees. There are always opportunities to work on new projects and with new technologies. The work schedule is pretty dang flexible.
