Pros

The company attracts a top-notch caliber of employee and that makes it challenging and fun. There is a wide variety of projects to work on and you can get a lot of experience in a short time. There is a lot of client focus in making sure they are getting the best work so it is a pretty fast pace. The company does a lot of employee satisfaction and retention activities, probably more than most. The highlight is a crazy gift giveaway at Christmas time. Everybody gets cool gifts.

Cons

The company could help its employees with a career path better. More training and career opportunities.

Pros

The actually offer was just as the recruiter had said it would be. As a whole, I have found SolutionStream to be a very good company that does all the things they say they are going to do.

Cons

Typical office politics (but this is expected at some level at any company).

Pros

Great people to work with, competitive pay, fun environment, learning opportunities, great management, Best job I have ever had, plan to be here a long time. You feel like people care about you and want to keep you around. Never had lay offs. Lots of opportunities to work on different applications.

Cons

Sometimes clients rather you work at their offices so you may be placed at a different location instead of the main office.
