Well-thought strategy communicated by leadership. Lots of opportunities for career evolution in a fast moving environment. Terrific respect for work-life balance, which is aligned with the need for steady progress over a longer time scale than typical start-ups. Living in the Bay Area can be expensive, but quality of life is worth it.

Cons

Not very accessible by public transportation.
