Amazing benefits (best health insurance I have seen yet, first Fridays of the month are company holidays), great work environment, great teams of bright people.

Cons

Very aggressive schedules and lofty goals for what is trying to be accomplished.

Pros

Lots of experience with a variety of engineering principles such as manufacturing, testing, and fabricating. Another huge benefit is working in an environment where everyone is very welcoming and willing to answer questions you might have.

Cons

Since this was the first time Kairos offered the position, there were times when my direction at the company felt a bit uncertain. In other words, they gave a lot of freedom and I think a bit more structure would have helped out.
