Pros

1. co-workers and the people on the ground are hard-working and trying their best to make the system work 2. if you stay with the company long enough to reap the retirement compensation, then the benefits make up for the below median hourly rate

Cons

MANAGMENT at every level. Antiquated 1970's top down approach to business. increasing demands on employees to do more more more and not willing to pay for it. Cronyism. Lack of communication and lack of transparency.

Pros

Anyone who works at Kaiser will tell you one there is only one pro working for Kaiser; they pay you well. It's a constant struggle, do you quit and take a drop in pay or stay and potentially work yourself to death?

Cons

This company is a healthcare system, yet it's all about the bottom line. How much money can they can make? How many clients can be seen in the least amount of time and (hopefully) not kill anyone?

Pros

Good Benefiits and there is a union. There are some very good people that work here

Cons

IT is controllled by H1Bs. Prepare to be bullied and harrassed as a training strategy. An extraordinary hostile work environment has been created in the tech area. Innovation is not appreciated or encouraged.
