Pros

Most people who worked there were trying to do good, gave a lot to the company. Used to be a fun place to work and staff was recognized for the good work when appropriate. Changed about 5 years ago.

Cons

Now they take the staff for granted and set up the review process in a manner so that it does not allow high performing teams to perform at a high level. Mangers were made to review staff down as a cost savings method, as bonuses were tied to reviews. At the same time, upper level management was running the organization into the ground leading to layoffs across the region.

Pros

Highest pay and benefits in order to keep you working for a company that does not care about its workers.

Cons

This company does not care about any of its workers. It is fully for profit, and not interested in helping patients, unless it lowers their bottom line and makes them money.

Pros

Great pay and health/dental benefits

Cons

Toxic culture where the importance of feedback is trumpeted but any constructive feedback is labeled 'negative' and is quickly silenced along with the person who offered it. Extremely interdependent culture where decisions are made by a committee of leadership based on politics and seniority with little to no basis in what is best for the organization. Leaders take credit for the work of their employees and present it as if it were their own. Employees are encouraged to consistently exaggerate their workload to expand the team and gain promotions which are based on politics rather than a need to fulfill a role.
