Kaiser has some of the best benefits for their employees according to their union contracts. Kaiser's comprhensive preventative care is exceptional. The culture of "speak up" is an encouragement to employees who have a voice in their everyday activities in regards to theirbwork flow.

Cons

There are so many acronyms used here that it can be tough to keep up. Also...maternity leave is not always clearly spelled out.
